A growing festival tradition, the fourth annual Wine Dinner at Preston’s Restaurant is planned for the night before Blacksburg Fork and Cork. Preston’s, located inside The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center, will team up with Barboursville Vineyards to create an evening to remember featuring five mouth-watering courses married with some of the best labels found in Virginia. Between courses, learn from the experts about the evening’s food and drink from Jason Tesauro, Chief Sommelier & National Sales Director from Barboursville Vineyards, and Preston’s Chef Jason Smith. What a perfect way to kick off a wine-filled weekend!
